So, Black Grace Cowley is a results-driven business. And, interestingly, the most telling statistic that supports our view that we are the agent of choice, the right agent, the agent that you should sell your house with, is that the average sale to list price in the last 12 months has been over 98%. Now, in our opinion, that is a fabulous result, and is a result that continues to improve, as we continue to sell more clients’ property.
