We would recommend anybody that’s struggling with the process to come in and have a chat with us – make an appointment If you want to spend a bit of time or just pop in at lunchtime or you know whatever time through the day, myself, Stephen and Tim will be happy to discuss the first time buyer process. What you need to do, what we’ve got available, getting you registered in our system.
Some people are sometimes a bit scared to be registered on our matching service, they think they’ll be bombarded with emails or you know newsletters. We don’t – we literally tailor that email service to exactly what the person wants whether it be a studio apartment on Douglas Promenade, we can literally tailor it to that specific or you know a lifestyle property in the North of the island, with three or four acres. What ever the person’s looking for we can tailor those emails to that person. If it’s something completely unique, they may only get one email a year if it’s a two or three bed semi under £250,000 that a lot of people are looking for they will get an email straight away and we could sell that property within two or three days.
