So I think we’re very lucky on the island in that nowhere is too far away so the investment market in Douglas obviously very buoyant because a lot of the office accommodation is located in Central Douglas, but the reality is nowhere is more than 15 – 20 miles away from the centre of Douglas so all sectors of the market perform well. We’ve got offices in Port Erin and Peel, as well as Douglas and our local staff in all of those offices report high levels of interest in the buy to let market. So I don’t think it really matters where the property is on the island. It’s a personal choice for you as an investor as to where you feel more comfortable in investing.
