Why would you use Black Grace Cowley, as an estate agency. Well, we recognise that every seller in today’s market on the Isle of Man has a choice. There are a vast number of options, of alternative competitor estate agencies that you could use to sell your home, but why come to Black Grace Cowley?
For us, we believe that it is a people business, that people buy from people, it’s about relationships, it’s about a service standard. And it’s about adding so much more than just the traditional view of an estate agent, of putting a property on a website, the details go in the window, we open the door, turn the phone on and hope somebody makes a phone call, to wish to view it.
As I explained earlier on, it’s about a process. We work hard in the background to try to match our clients’ properties to our buyers’ requirements. And how do we get those properties on the books? We’re also attached to two of the most popular UK portals, that’s onethemarket.com and Zoopla, both of which provide our clients with a huge amount of exposure off the island. So, if they’re selling a property on-island, that perhaps might appeal to somebody who lives in the North West or Scotland or anywhere else, they’re going to be seen. That’s a great additional feather in our cap, in terms of exposure for our customers’ property.
In addition to that, we’re a no sale no fee business. We do not believe in any hidden charges or costs. There are no up-front fees and there are no withdrawal fees. If you decide, for whatever reason, having listed your home with us, if you decide not to list it, to stay there, to sell it to a family member, who knows, there is no charge, until we sell your home. And I think that’s a really strong key service message, that helps us stand out from the rest.
