So, Black Grace Cowley operates a no sale no fee policy, across the board, in our residential business. That basically means there are no hidden charges or costs, there are no up-front fee or listing fees, for any of our customers to worry about. But I think crucially, as well, there are no withdrawal fees. So, if, for whatever reason, a client decides to take their property off the market, there is no cost. The only cost to our clients, when they’re selling homes through Black Grace Cowley, is when we sell the house. That is it. No other cost.
