Everyone, meet Rachel!

Rachel is the newest member of our rentals team. Originally from Ireland, she spent the last 5 years in London and moved to the Isle of Man in December 2019 bringing with her an abundance of experience in the letting market.

With a background in health and fitness and a passion for helping people, previous roles have seen her obtain plentiful knowledge in property management. Her positions as Lettings and Portfolio Manager have seen her managing a property portfolio of 96 properties in South West London, handling the day-to-day financial operations of properties, finding and placing qualified tenants, and ensuring properties are kept in good working order through regular property inspections.

With only a few months at BGC behind her before we had to shut our offices due to Covid-19, Rachel has shown nothing but determination to adapt to this new reality. Despite the current conditions and with safety at the forefront of everything she does, she has managed to let an impressive 7 properties to happy new tenants through a variety of methods such as live video viewings on WhatsApp and sending videos of properties to potential tenants. She has also been in constant contact with other new and potential landlords, arranging for multiple new properties to be taken on all while keeping up with the management of our existing properties.

Rachel’s positive outlook and kind nature shine through and is a fantastic addition to our already amazing Lettings team.
